ICS, Inc. prides itself on being a small, yet dynamically-developing business since its inception in 2000. As part of our history ICS, Inc. has continued to provide innovative solutions to our clients' most difficult problems even when many of our competitors said the job could never be done.
Timeline
2000: Integrated Communications Services, LLC founded in Arlington, Washington by Philip Eskelin Sr.
2004: Successfully performed a design build project to move and construct a primary network site from multiple data centers for a major international oil company. Project completed 2005.
2005: ICS, LLC becomes the primary incident management team for MCI and Verizon Business in all Gulf and Atlantic States during Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
2005-2006: Gulf and Atlantic States: conducted complete network analysis of MCI and Verizon Business network sites to harden sites using lessons learned performing incident management work during hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
2007: Nedonna Beach, Oregon: Won contract to design and construct a network site for Tata Communications. Performed first recorded mid-sheath entry splice on live traffic bearing marine fiber optic cable during this project. Site completed 2008.
2009: ICS, LLC merged into Integrated Contractor Services, Inc. providing concept-to-completion contractor services.
2009: ICS, Inc. replaces world renown construction management firm as lead contractor on development of a primary fiber route and cable landing station. Completed construction of Unity Cable Landing Station in 2010.
2009: Redondo Beach, California: Completion of Tata Cable Landing Station and the design and construction of a primary fiber route.
2010: Los Angeles, California: Designed and developed custom site alarm monitoring system to work between two different platforms and clients on a primary network cable site.
