Phil founded ICS, Inc. in 2000 and currently serves as President, CEO and Senior Principle. In this role, Phil is responsible for strategic direction, growth and management of the company. Prior to ICS, Inc., Phil worked in various senior management and technical positions with a variety of Fortune 500 companies. With 35 years of service, he boasts an extensive background in complex system consulting, design and engineering, project and construction management , and incident management and response. | 
| Susan Eskelin
Finance, HR Manager, and Secretary/Officer
Susan has over 20 years of business experience in the health and food industry and over ten years involvement in voluntary lay counseling for faith-based organizations. At ICS, Inc. it is her primary responsibility to oversee the financial organization, administrative framework and overall well being of ICS, Inc. employees.

| Benjamin Reed
Project Manager
Benjamin's experience working in several foreign countries contributes to understanding and applying business concepts cross-culturally in the Project Management position. At ICS, Inc., Benjamin is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and driving project success. Prior to his tenure at ICS, Inc. Benjamin worked as a Project Coordinator at Microsoft, CB Richard Ellis, and as the Regional Director of Relief and Recover at ADT.

Office Manager
Danelle brings 21 years of office administration experience having previously worked in the Environmental Consulting industry and Resort industry in key office administrative positions. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from from Western Washington University. Out of her concern for the environment and social issues, Danelle actively volunteers in a variety of community charities and events. | |
